If you need the data you will have to use a third party(non-windows)utility like Partition Manager,
if you can save the data to elsewhere you can use Fdisk.
Make a start up disk and boot the PC with it in(make sure the BIOS is set to look at the floppy first), at the A:> prompt type 'fdisk', without '' and press enter, look at the choices and carry out the re-partitioning in this order.
delete extended partition first,
delete primary partition next,
create primary Dos partition and make active, choose to accept the full capacity.
reboot with the floppy still in, at the A;> prompt again type 'format c:' without the '', and press enter, verify you want to proceed, when the drive is formatted you will have one drive letter C: the full size of your drive, but this way you also have a blank drive and need to install an OS and your other progs and data.
