If you use some kind of Windowz OS you do not need any driver for your ZIP. You can download additional tools for backup, diag, configuration etc, but generaly it is working fine without all these.
ZIP drive simply recognized as additional IDE device and no drivers needed. If it doesn't first check if it is listed by BIOS right after startup with all the Hard Disk, CDROM devices...
