If the old computer has an IDE connection you should be able to buy an adapter card that connects by 16-bit ISA or by PCI. Newer board may not have a free ISA slot, so i would suggest a PCI card if you can find one.

If it has a connection previous to IDE, I am not sure what you can do, unless you can find a card for that connection.

Also if you have a serial connection, you can connect both computers serially and copy the information from one drive to the next. This is a slow and annoying process though.
