Enter the BIOS set up as soon as you boot up and look for the HDD detection page, go to it and let the BIOS auto detect the drive, if it can. from the age of the system its likely the BIOS cant see more than 2GB of the drive,in which case the FAT is giving information on sectors that just dont exist on that PC.
before you can boot it, if it does detect the drive, you will need the PC OS to recognise and configure all the boards devices, PCI bus\ISA bus Etc; which it should do automatically if you can get it to boot, ideally you would have deleted all these from the drive before changing it to the other PC as some of the configuration may prevent the system booting.
