Hi,,on this subject,help me, a friend gave me a hard drive for my bare bones pc,32ram,1.4gb HD,,etc:,,it didnt recognize my cd-rom,,so i found that it is using ms-dos compatibility mode,,?virus?,,i have 95 on this pc but bought 98,,what is the best approach? fdisk,,if so could you e-mail the steps to me,or tell me where to find the steps,,it can get confusing i know,,or can i simply format and reinstall 98?help me please,
