dear sangeetha,
I happened to see your message stating about a problem with driver memory error. well i too had the problem and as i have learned it seems to be the result of some virus attack called "kak" transmitted via infected mails from microsoft outlook express ver 5. what i did was i disabled the kak.hta file from the start up menu (click start, run and type msconfig, start up and then disable kak.hta) well after that it stopped coming. I am not a technical fellow to figure the consequence of the act, neverthless it worked fine. and be sure to delete the kak file from your outlook express's signature (outlook express - tools - options - signature ), if you have one to stop it spreading.
all the best
