I just installed the same card and drivers from the original installation disk on a system with Windows 98 SE. I copied the .inf file from the installation cd to the HDD. After that, install the card, start the computer, and when Windows detects the "unknown multimedia device" click "have disk" and point to the directory you copied it to and surprise! I really don't know why it wouldn't read it from the cd, but after 3 attempts (and failures) I copied the file and Windows found it right away. I might add that the card runs flawlessly under Windows 98. Hope this helps.
