I take it you haven't used fdisk before, so I will try to tell you the easiest way I can think of. Boot computer with win 98 startup disk. Type fdisk at the prompt. Choose delete partition. Then remove non-dos partition. After you have done this, you should be able to use whatever program you are used to, to partitition the drive. Hope this helps!
