Boot to an A:\ from a floppy(the start up disk will do fine)type fdisk and press enter
use the menu to do the following.
delete logical drives, delete extended partition, delete primary partition finally re create a primary partition taking up all the disk,it will offer to do this by default, finally choose to make that partition active.
re boot to make changes and then format(keep the floppy in)C:\ to have one un-partitioned drive.
NB This process will destroy all data on the drive so be sure you have your Win CD and all drivers before you start.
