Make sure the added HDD is set to slave,if on the same controller, or to master if on separate controller,in which case set CD to slave.
Boot PC, enter BIOS and tell it about the added disk or set to auto, the new drive will appear in device manager with a new letter.
Drag and drop what you like where you like, either to each other.
If you are bothered because Win 95 is installed on the added disk, that doesn't matter because your PC can only boot from C:\
