: I brought a Quatum fireball 5 gig harddrive second hand and found that it had been partitioned 4 times so I have 4 harddrives in 1.
: Is there anyway to change it back to 1 harddrive?
: Thanx Justin.
Use a Dos 6.0 or better. Boot up with the disk #1. Exit with f3. Then type A: fdisk. use delete Dos or logical drive. Choose delete logical.
you can the delete non dos partitions on and so forth. You may need a disk utility to reconize a large disk. That may be why the disk was
partitioned with so many letters. Old Dos only will reconize 512MG.
