You can goto here to get the driver you need for Linux.

Do you have the Direct3D drivers for Win98
for the SiS530? I tried installing a new video
card on my cousin's machine. After realizing
that it can't be done with a SiS530, I tried
to get it back to it's initial configuration.
I downloaded the 1.08 drivers from SiS, but
the driver package doesn't include Direct3D
drivers. DXDiag now dies every time I try to run
it, and the system doesn't even recognize the card
as supporting 3D anymmore.

: I don't use my old Aptiva anymore, but I'm thinking of building it for a Linux based system. I wanted to know if anyone has the SiS 530 intergrated graphics driver for a Linux OS. It would be very helpful. I was going to get rid of this system, but found that it could serve as some use. The SiS 530 is a intergrated VGA on the motherboard so I need the driver. Email me or just respond. Thanks.
