I instaleld a new graphics card hoping its video capture would work and here is where I am >

I tried :
Windows 98 Display Drivers
Recommended Driver - 4.13.7078
Alternate Driver version:
Windows 98 Display Drivers
Driver Version - 4.12.6292

When I try the Video-IN from the multimedia center I get the error message " Unable to start TV". I have no video input plugged in. I tried looping the video-in to video out or even connecting a good source from a camcorder output.
There was no WebTV or any other capture card installed previously on this PC before.
The drivers and graphics devices alll seem to be working without any conflicts under the System.
ATI website has mentioned that there were some video overlays problems with the windows media player not clsoing it but that is not my case. ATI is not of any help. I hope someone has figured it out over here.

Any suggestions ?
