Check, your using driver version 12.40(recently posted)
Direct X version 8 or 8a
size of Graphics Aperture in BIOS.
Use the properties sheet to limit the amount of system RAM the card can use for texturing, your 128Mb is low by gaming standards.You could use another 128Mb.
Set a permanent swap file of around 200Mb.
In the system.ini file add a line under the heading 386Enh section as follows. ConservativeSwapFileUsage=1
this forces Windows to use all the physical RAM before paging out.
Finally set the HDD min and max file cache to 8MB and 16MB res. Close all other running apps and utils.
If all else fails and you are as Hercules state 'having problems' update the BIOS for the card, again just released about a week ago.
