I have the same problem with my geforce3 ti200 and my 32in RCA tv. I get the bios to appear but when windows starts it starts flashing. I also am running win xp pro. Call technical support for the company that it was made. Mine was pny. They emailed me and said they could fix it only over the phone but that takes hours to get through
