I had the same problem when i changed for Win 2000 with my Riva tnt2 m64. You have to change the overlay mode of your video card to watch the TV. i don't remeber exactly, i think you change mode 1 to 2 or the contrary. And it will work!
I don't know if this bug is corrected with the latest release of drivers. but you can try the latest drivers as well.

: I have a Gateway computer that uses a Nvida Riva 128zx 8 meg card. I upgraded from Windows 98 to windows XP and now the Overlay mode doesn't work for my TV card and I can't play Games that I used to be able to play on Windows 98. I think its something that is not supported in the windows Xp drivers for this graphics card. Does anyone know of a work around besides replacing the graphics card.
