Hi! I think I found the solution to most of your problems. To expand the size of the picture on your TV set you´ve got to download the latest driver pack from the SIS homepage it has to be about 48 MB, there´s a tool in the options of the graphics called chrontl tv, if you choose overscan it will be bigger not the wohle screen, but bigger than normal.

agpdriver:

If you haven´t got a tv set that supports SVHS, you have to build your own adaptor, but it´s quite easy.
All you need is a SVHS plug, a Chinch plug, some cable, a 470 pF condensor and an SVHS/Chinch to Scart adaptor.

Follow the picture called "S-VHS-> VHS Adpater für CH700x Karten" on the link http://www.tvtool.de/german/cablefaq3_d.htm (quite slow site) to build the adaptor and you will get a colored picture on each tv set.

There´s even a step by step guide to activate the tv out on the second link, but it´s in german, for some hints. (how you could guess from my english I am german ;-) )

Any questions? Send me a mail and I´ll try to answer, spend about 20 hours to solve the most problems with this f** graphics chip, but now I´m able to watch my DVDs on the tv set in color and in an acceptable screensize.
