I have tried this solution and doesn´t it work.
My problem is the following:

To start the avanced options of the SIS 630 the TV facilities are disables (TV extended, etc).
If any think I make wrong, please tell me. Thanks all.

: I have SIS630 integrated Graphic with TV-Out on my Notebook. It works just fine for me. Try this:

: 1) Get latest drivers from SIS
: 2) Turn off your PC/Notebook and connect PAL/NTSC cable to yout TV
: 3) Turn on PC/Notebook, go into BIOS (on my Notebook i have to press ++)
: 4) Turn on TV-Out in BIOS for PAL (Europe) or NTSC (USA, Japan...)
: 5) Restart, not it should work

: NOTE: If TV-Cable is ot connected at Windows startup, TV-Out will not be listed in SIS Properties
