No Mike it wont unfortunately, the first thing that has to happen then is that the BIOS and then the OS have to detect all the devices again and as the AGP bus is still there!
It looks like your in the unhappy position of having onboard AGP graphics which cant be disabled or over-ridden, hence the only slots available are PCI. Very often if you do have an AGP slot simply pugging a card into that is enough to disable the onboard chip.
