I donīt know if this has been discussed before, but I have a annoying problem with my Asus V3800 Ultra card (TNT2 Ultra).

I downloaded new drivers and bios for the card, and installations for both went without a hitch.
Performance seemed to get better, I got lots of new options and so forth, but I cant resize the screen from 640x480!
When I select a 800x600 resolution (I got a mangy 14" screen.. :-( )everything goes as usual- but it doesnīt change the resolution. I get the box asking if I want to keep the new setting, but the resolution always stays at the 640x480, no matter what I do?

I heard this could have something to do with the motherboard BIOS settings, setting a IRQ for the VGA display card, but thereīs no option for that (the BIOS is also updated to newest version I could find).

Hardware:
Asus P2B motherboard, BIOS ver. 1012
Celeron A 333 (overclocked to 416MHz)
Asus V3800 Ultra:
working driver ver 2.27 (I can resize)
not working ver. 6.37? (canīt resize but otherwise better)
Screen Samsung Syncmaster 3

Hope someone out there knows the answer, this is driving me nuts!

Timo
