I have a brand new HP PC that seems to have it's own set of drivers for the pre-installed Nvidia Geforce3Ti200,the driver set has an (HP) right after the name of the driver.
I attempted to install Nvidias Detonator XP drivers..the OCtober build works just fine ver 21.83,but the december build ver.23.11 Locks my system up totally, crashes to a blue screen and says..
NDI: Memory Error/Memory Parsity Error
***System has stopped***
I beleive this is a Vid Card Msg Screen as the Bios is still accessable,as is the F10 system recovery screens.
But any attempt at returning to windows yields the same result.
Does HP have it's own "underclocked" or "tweaked" GF3 cards?
Because this one is performing at about 50% of what I know it should be.
Similar systems yield a framerate of 200 "minimum" on Unreal Tournament, this one "averages "130..
