I had the same problem with my dell. Hook the monitor back up to the on board video and go into the system bios and change the video setting from onboard to PCI or AGP according to the version you are running. Then power down and hook monitor back to the Gforce card.

: I am currently trying to install an Nvidia GForce 2 Graphics card on my IBM computer. When I plug my monitor into the card though, I cannot get a green light on my monitor. In other words, my computer is not reading my monitor off of the graphics card. If anyone knows how I can help this, please let me know by sending me an e mail to the preceeding address. Thanks
