Hello !

I have MS Windows XP and an ATI Rage LT Pro graphic card. I have looked everywhere for drivers for my card and come up with that I am stuck to the drivers which comes with XP.

My first problem is that I have to restart my computer with my TV connected to get TV Out to work, is that really necesarry?? In Windows ME I could just check a checkbox to get it work.

My second and more serious problem is that when I try to look at a DVD/AVI/MPEG movie, I can't see the movie on the TV screen, it's just "black" where the movie was supposed to be shown. I can see everything else, I mean my computer desktop, applications, etc on TV.. but if I have for example a movie in a small window, It's just >black< in that window on the TV, although I can see it as usual on my computer monitor. I have tried to change resolutions/frequency/colours etc. etc. Nothing helps.

In Windows ME there was much more settings with my graphic card, in Windows XP there's nothing. Where can I for example change size of the screen on the TV?? Somewhere I read that TV Out operates with is "Default settings", what is the default settings??? Can't I change it in somehow???

There must be a workaround for this. Maybe there is 3d party application?

Thanks in advance.

sincerly,
Lars David
