First, do not use the video driver included in the WINDOWS 98/ME/XP CD. I tell you, the driver included in the WINDOWS cd is a FAIL-SAFE driver.
If your VC really supports OPENGL, can run QUAKE3 but not CSRTIKE then go to step2

Second, download the latest driver or whatever driver you may have.

If your VC is NVIDIA, go to www.nvidia.com
If your VC is S3, goto www.s3graphics.com
If your blah! bla! blah! blah! etc.....
