If only you had followed the instructions that come with the driver, you have done the job incorrectly. Due to you're uneccessary fiddling you know have a memory address resource conflict with another device you will need to remove any expansion cards you have and their drivers and install only the AGP card.Then re-add your other cards until all is done.
You have removed the ID from the ACPI in BIOS which steers and holds resources for devices, your hap hazard removal method will allow ACPI to re organise its schedule, which it has to the exclusion of the AGP card(well no-one said i was smart).
Look in the readme file in the driver kit to see how to do it without causing problems and its far more straight forward than your method!
