many many many many many many people have this problem... it may have been posted but i am not sure of it. it has been posted on many other forums such as's... anyways, for me and my friend, we have a gf2mx 200 and 400. we both have via chipsets as well. when 2k is installed, no prob. with xp, even in the non-windows part, where it is loading the disk drivers and stuff like that, itll say starting windows or something like that. then it SHOULD go to the 80 row?? display and continue setup. but instead, it freezes there! many many peop'le have trhis problem. for some people, they put in another vid card, install, and put this back in. others downgrade/upgrade bios. i tried the oldest and newest and so did my friend. no change! same for many others. lets get this topic flowing! now i tweaked every setting in the bios without anygood. halp!
