I CONTACTED TOSHIBA ABOUT THE OPENGL PROBLEM, THEY SAID TO E-MAIL TRIDENT, WHICH I DID. Trident's response is below:

Hi,

OpenGL drivers depend on the notebook maker. Although the video card itself
supports OpenGL, the notebook maker must release drivers that support the
hardware extensions. The reason it's up to the notebook maker is because
they have to support the driver release in their notebook. Also, each driver
is customized per LCD screen maker. Contact your notebook company and ask if
they have a driver for the video card that supports OpenGL.
