If you have one ISA card it is a shared slot with the last PCI card, ISA is a very old architecture and your adding multiple system devices with this card. You will need a specific driver for all the cards devices and you need to check if your BIOS supports a tertiary IDE controller, many dont.
You need to make sure the input I/O reader for the ISA bus is installed and configured proprerly so the PCI bus can even see the ISA bus, to sum up and as you are probably gathering you have set youself an almost,if not absolutely,impossible task.Sorry.
