scsi wont boot!

Hi! I have a Dell Optiplex GX200 with diamond fireport 40 card and a scsi fileserver tower...scsi bios finds all disks...i use IDE cdrom to install win2k server..it goes OK! but when it whants to reboot it cant boot from scsi hd? i did disable all IDE devices from bios..but nothing...btw tried too boot from a scsi cdrom instead of floppy..didnt work so good? how do i do that?
