I have an AHA 2940UW adaptor on my PC with a Seagate ST39216W SCSI drive as my C drive.

I had to reformat the C drive so I could do a fresh install of Win 98SE.

When I run the Win 98 installation it fails because it cannot find my C Drive.

I understand that I need to load the 2940 drivers at an early stage. However all the help files I can find, both in the floppies and CD taht came with the adaptor and on the Adaptec site, lead to talking about "Updating" once Win 98 is installed.

I assume I need to load a floppy with some files and run this BEFORE I run the Win98 CD.

Can anyone please tell what files to put on the floppy and how do I then proceed?
