Ok I found the files but now I cannot find the files that need to be deleted... the problem is that I Do think that this is slowing down my computer so what do I do. An example is when i go to click the "Control Pannel" through the start menu it will take up to 30 seconds for the screen to come up compared to like 3 secs before... I do believe it is what is causeing the overall slowness of the whole computer.. So what can I do I have asked everyone I think you are my only Hope... Please help me
