We are looking for a Novel IPX Device Driver Developer contractor / consultant here in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA). Please call or e-mail if you are available and looking for a 6 month ++ project or maybe know someone that is (we are not haviong too much luck finding someone able to do the project)

Here is what we are looking to do ....

Our Objective: Develop a Novell 5.x client device driver that will take block disk requests from the application, send the requests over the network via TCP/IP and our proprietary SCP block transfer protocol, to our Network Storage Unit (NSU) and provide useable, configurable storage to the client device. The NSU must appear to the Novell client to be an internal SCSI type disk drive. Normally, this process is done internally, with the application sending block disk request to the internal scsi drive. We are communicating with the scsi drive via the network. Experience with IPX and NLM would probably be needed.

Let me know if you have any other questions - I would be glad to get you more details.

thanks

Stan Kennedy
