Working on a 2 hard drive system which a friend wanted formatted and reloaded. Put both hard drives on the same channel (primary) and in doing so switched the master to slave and the slave to master. Win 98 boot disk, ran fdisk, removed partitions, enabled 32 bit access, made new partitions, rebooted, formated both drives. Used win 98 boot disk to access the cd rom installed win 98 se went to reboot- no luck it froze after the startup screen. I could still use the boot disk but i couldnt boot from C drive.Played around for a while but no luck. So i reformatted C switched the drives (primary to slave etc..) went to use the boot disk again and up comes this ez-bios business. I don't have the software to uninstall it yet but the big problem is now i cant access the boot disk (any boot disk win 98 win 95 dos etc..) If i reboot and hold ctrl down the ez thing comes up telling me the drive parameters the it says to press A to boot from floppy but nothing happens. Do I need the ez-bios disk or am i missing something? Both drives have been formatted so their not bootable and since i cant access A drive im in trouble. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
