When i go into the system file on the control panel there is a yellow sign with an exclamation mark beside the primary ide controller. The device status says "the device is either not present, not working properly or does not have all the drivers installed". I have tried reinstalling the drivers, everything. In the performance menu it also says "compatibily mode paging reduces overall system performance" and " Drive C is using MS-DOS compatibilty mode file system.
I think these are the problem that my second hard drive has suddenly dissapeared and a message comes up primary slave drive has failed when i boot up the computer. Can anyone help?
