Not sure whether your platform is a PC or a Mac. If you've got a Mac check out the MicroTek ftp site at http://www.support.microtek.com/~admin/macftp.html. A while ago, I purchased one of their scanners for my old Mac. A AVA-2903B scsi card was provided to make it compatible with the Mac as the older Macs don't have USB ports.

If you've got a PC then the first exe file (7800W9X.EXE) at MicroTek's PC ftp site might work, http://www.support.microtek.com/~admin/pcftp.html.
