I have a Mustek MFS-12000 scanner with a DTC-3181x card
It works with those drivers. Your problem may be with
the cards jumpers. I think jumper1 must be set to OFF and j2 to ON
There is explanation at http://www.mustek.com in their
FAQs page -look for scanners--->single pass
BTW, If anyone gets to make this card work on Windows2000 or
WindowsXp let me know.
