: On an IDE flat cable there is 2 concectors, one at the end and one near the middle. Is there is a correlation with the primeray and slave devices in the bios ?

No. The drives both receive IDE commands simultaneously. Then they each check their respective Master/Slave jumper settings to see if the command is for them. The commands are tagged for Master or Slave.

: Example does the device connector at the end of the flat cable must hold the primary device ?
