To install W2k you will need a complete set of drivers for your Presario 1200-XL109's VIA-chipset. You can find all the drivers at: www.viatech.com
Download both the VIA 4in1 Drivers and the audio driver (68MU220b).
Also note, that due to a problem in the Phoenix BIOS you must disable the SOUND BLASTER setting (but not the ONBOARD PCI AUDIO). If not W2k will report the need for a wrong PCMCIA device driver, that does not exists. This problem will first arise when/if you attach a PCMCIA-device in your pc.
