You can get your XP disk replaced, provided you have the box that your CD came in. There is a series of numbers that are on the box, or the folder that the XP Cd came in, that they will ask for, and when you call them, they will ask for it, if you ask for a replacement CD. They will ship you a new XP CD with SP2 already installed in that CD. i know this cause i had to do it.
