I'm having a problem with NHL 2005 where the game will load fine, but only the game menus will work. When I actually try to play the game it will suddenly become EXTREMELY laggy and I have to shut down my computer manually. I couldn't figure out what was wrong and then I noticed that as the game starts up, if I pressed Alt-Ctrl-Del, a program called "~e5" would run along with the game. I checked it out and it was in my C:/windows/Temp folder (this time it was "~e5.0001"). Apparently it is a small part of a download "Clean up!" which is used to delete useless files in order to clear up space on your hardrive. The thing is is that I never downloaded "Clean up!", so I deleted it and cleared it from the recycle bin. But the next time I launched the game I pressed Alt-Ctrl-Del and it was running again. So I exited the game and checked the Temp folder again and this time there was a folder along with "~e5", "~e5.0001.dir.0000" and inside are some other unfamilliar programs. ~DF394B.TMP was among them. Unfortunately I don't know how to get rid of it though, that's all the help I can give.
