See http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/rpc1.htm for info, I have flashed the same drive yesterday, worked like a charm. I had to download a MS-DOS bootdisk from http://www.bootdisk.com/ first and had to put the ROM files and flasher on it in order to use it, this is because I run Windows XP on my notebook and it uses NTFS, which can't be accessed from MS-DOS.
