problem with usb flash key

when i insert the flash key into the usb post, the flash key is recognised by the hardware detection tool, but when i go to the ''my computer'' folder , the flash key is not there.
using windows XP home , SP2 .
I tried to use the flash key into another pc, but still have the same problem.

please help !!!
