The BIOS Agent runs off of something called DMI, the information plugged into DMI by the orginal programmers of your ORIGINAL BIOS depicts what info will be given, needless to say that programmers back in the day were not concerened with the accuracy of the information resulting in misinformation sometimes.

: Hello, I ran eSupport's BIOS tool which reported my CPU was 533MHz Celeron. It said my max speed was 800MHz. I got an 800MHz CPU but it still says its running at 533MHz. Perhaps I need a BIOS upgrade or something similar? My BIOS string is 62-0213-001743-00101111-071595-SIS630
