That's a P4 mobo, which will be why there is no clockability in the BIOS, fiddle with the cycle, FSB or multiplier and the 'locked' P4 falls over.
Of all CPU's currently available the P4 is the last bastion of the short sighted manufacturer's who think we shouldn't 'use' our kit the way we want to.
Now if you had a nice AMD CPU, we could talk clocking.
