: : I got an ALDI PC 05-1999 with the BIOS:
: : Award Modulair Bios v4.51 PG 04/16/1999-SiS-5600-8661-2a6ilc39c-00.
: : 1. You download the BIOS:
: : http://wims.rainbow-software.org/nicks/Chaintech%206SSA2.zip
: : 2. You download the Flash Utility:
: : http://www.ezgo.com.tw/bios/utility/awd812.zip
: : 3. You unpack the Bios and the flash program to the directory C:\BIOS\
: : 4. Rename the flash utility to AWFLASH.EXE
: : 5. Rename the bios to BIOS.ROM
: : 6. Make sure your C partition is A FAT32 partition
: : 7. Boot from a WINDOWS98 bootdisk
: : 8. Type c:\BIOS\AWFLASH.EXE /F (the /F is THE SWITCH)
