The 'auto recovery' feature is trying to load the Bin file containing the BIOS setup due to some corruption or failure of some sort, however if, as seems the case, the Bin file is not where it's expected to be the recovery tool cannot get any further.
As you clearly have access to a puter, go to your mainboard's site and read how to recover the BIOS from a bootable floppy, you will need to download a copy or updated version of your BIOS .Bin file and the flash utility provided for it.
Just make sure you read and follow the instructions, your puter is not beyond help yet but if you make a mistake flashing the BIOS with the wrong Bin file you will need a new CMOS chip or possibly a new mainboard( its not really very difficult just follow the instructions).
