: : Bring it to your local service center. Checked out at Sony website, they should have a list of service centers across the country.

: : : The SONY bios upgrade is best obtained from SONY website. I was able to upgrade my BIOS on my PCV-RS430G.

: : : But sorry to say that SONY is one of the worst companies when it comes to support.

: : : I have a brand new computer PCV-RS-430G (two months old) that is giving intermittent memory read errors. The errors are very infrequent so mostly the system works fine.

: : : It has the P4SD-VX motherboard.

: : : They want me to shut the system down for 1 to 2 weeks and send it in for repair.
: : : I am willing to BUY a new motherboard and forget about the warrantee but they will not sell me one or tell me where to get one from.

: : : What a way to run a company!

: : : This is the last SONY I will ever buy.
: : : Can anyone tell me where to purchase a P4SD-VX mother board for P4 2.8GHz CPU?

: Why do you want to change your mother board?
: Change your memory modules!
: If you want to change your motherboard, you can't by that one , it's an oem motherboard built only for sony by asus.
: you can change it with another atx form factor motherboard (you can use all other components of the computer) but i think you can't install sony software again !
