A copy of an email that I sent someone with similar problem:

To repair your board, your goal will be to place the correct BIOS image on the EEPROM.
How can we do this if the board will not POST?...read on.

You have a couple of choices:
1)Boot Block recovery- (i would try thid first!) If the boot block was not damaged during the bad flash, this method can be used.
Does the floppy light turn on when you attempt to
boot?
If it does read about boot-block recovery here:
http://www.wimsbios.com/HTML1/faq.html#q9
and here:
http://www.sysopt.com/articles/recoverbios/

2)Hot-Flash the EEPROM in another motherboard. ( the flash board does not have to be the same type board as the one with bad BIOS on it) You basically boot a working board with its original EEPROM then remove the eeprom (while system is on) and place your misflashed eeprom in the board and then flash it with a utility like Uniflash.
This procedure is only for the borderline
brave/stupid with very steady hands! else you could end up with 2 dead boards.lol

3)Remove the EEPROM and have someone flash it in an external programmer for you. (you need to provide the EEPROM [BIOS] chip and the correct BIOS image to the programmer//perhaps a sixpack too! ;) )

4)Buy a pre-programmed chip from someone like
badflash.com. (not worth it with that board IMO- no offense)

5)You could just buy a new (used) board and have a spare!.

Well..... I hope this helps you a little.
