BIOS update problem

I have an MV2KVA legacy Biostar motherboard in my system, running XP on a 1 ghz AMD processor.

I just went to the Biostar website, downloaded the Bios update, put it on a floppy. I then booted up to DOS, and ran the command to save the old Bios (installed one) and write the new updated one over it:

I was then prompted to save the old Bios (which I did) but I then got a message stating that the source file was not found.

Now, when I turn the PC on, nothing happens, no boot-up. I reckon I've wiped the old Bios off, and there's now no way to boot up!

Whoops! Any advice, what can I do.

thanks in advance
