I have a similar problem. I did find, however, that if I run a speed test then the correct speed (200 MHz) is reported even though the BIOS doesn't recognize anything more than about 133 MHz. I have a WinChip (IDT) upgrade with a little fan on it. Seems to work fine. I've upgraded the memory to 128 MB and that is also reported.

I also installed BeOS and it also reports the CPU speed correctly.

My BIOS state is AMI 1.00.05.BYOR and won't work without EZDRIVE installed for drives bigger than about 500MB.
